The Staffing Exchange (TSE) is an organization which was created in response to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the effects the Act's requirements are having on the staffing industry. By aggregating multiple companies' health care risks and enabling them to mimic a large company, TSE is able to provide affordable, ACA-compliant health care offerings for not only a member company's internal employees, but their temporary staff as well.
TSE offers a semi-customizable menu of plan offerings for each member company, which includes, but is not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary insurance products. The medical plan designs for each member company includes a full Minimum Value Plan (MVP), as well as options designed for low wage workers, such as an enhanced Minimum Essential Care (MEC) plan.
All plans are unbundled to lower costs and provide greater flexibility at the lowest costs of compliance for the ACA.
There is no minimum participation, but there are minimum premiums to support the risk pool.
The Staffing Exchange is exclusively offered through Axial Benefits Group, Boston, MA and Assurance Agency, Chicago, IL. Additional contact information is available on the Contact Us page.
